The petitioner has filed petition praying that the authority shall register the offence.

Notices were issued in this writ petition. In pursuance of notice, Shri M. K. Pathan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed reply on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. It would be useful to reproduce hereunder Paragraph No.3 of the reply, which is stated on oath.

"3. It is most respectfully submitted that the petitioner was called upon for lodging the First Information Report and accordingly she attended the police station on 30.12.2021. The answering respondent has thereafter registered a First Information Report being FIR No.551/2021 under

50-WP-917-21 section 354, 354 A, 506 of Indian Penal Code against the Accused Abhishekh Aher. As the cause of action of outraging the modesty of the victim had occurred in the institute of CDFD, Centre of DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics Hyderbad, the same is located at Ring Road Uppal Telangana. The First Information Report is therefore transferred to concerned Police Station, through Police Commissioner, Hyderbad. A copy of the First Information Report is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1. And copy of the transferred letter is annexed herewith as Annexure R-2.

In view of the statement made on oath in Paragraph No.3, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Her statement is accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of.
