Applicant/appellant has filed this application for condonation of delay in filing the applications for setting aside the abatement and for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay of 1460 days in filing the applications for setting aside the abatement and bring the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. Learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that sufficient reasons are shown in the application for delay caused in filing the applications

for setting aside the abatement and for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. 3.

Shri Mohta, learned counsel for the proposed legal representatives and Mrs. Ritu Kalia, learned A.G.P. for the respondent no.3 are not having any serious objection for allowing this application. 4.

In the light of the above facts and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement and for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.1 on record is condoned.

Civil application is allowed and disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 3711 OF 2019 Heard the respective parties.

For the reasons stated in the application,

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title within a period of one week.
