This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 313 days in filing the appeal. The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Besides other punishments, the accused is sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life along with fine for offence punishable under Section 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail KOLHE

For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied about the grounds for delay. Hence, the delay stands condoned.
