The petitioner No.1-Society and the petitioner No.2-School seek a direction to the respondent No.2-Education Officer to decide the proposal dated 24/12/2022.

We direct the petitioners to appear before the respondent No.2Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur in relation to grant of approval to the services of petitioner Nos.3 and 4 on 25/11/2024.

The respondent No.2--Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur shall take decision on the said proposal expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioners before him/her. 5.

With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
