By these civil applications, the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record, for setting aside the abatement, if any, and for permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record.

We have perused the contents of the applications. For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in filing the application for substitution, which remain uncontroverted, the delay in filing the application for substitution is condoned. The application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to substitute their names in place of the deceased petitioner on record. All the three civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
