The applicant is seeking to quash First Information Report vide Crime No.711 of 2022 registered with the Hingna Police Station Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 354A(1)(iv), 509 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code.

The State has filed the reply wherein it is stated that during the investigation, it was found that no such incident has been happened as regards to the applicant, therefore, the Investigation Agency has prepared "B Final" and submitted before the Higher Officials for approval.

In view of above position, criminal application stands disposed of with liberty to approach to this Court afresh, if occasion arises therefor.
