Learned Adv. Mr. Badal Lonare for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present Writ Petition so as to file a statutory revision before the Revisional Court.

The prayer is accepted.

If the Revision is filed within a period of three weeks from today and if such revision is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, it is expected from the learned Revisional Court to consider the same favourably in view of pendency of the present Writ Petition before this Court.

With this, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
