DATED : OCTOBER 25, 2016 Ms. Khan, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4, states on the basis of the instructions received from the Assistant Registrar, who is present in the Court today, and a communication from the respondent no.4 sent on behalf of the respondent no.3, dated 25/10/2016, that the members that are elected in the elections conducted to the Agricultural Credit Cooperative Societies at Kherda and Janori/Janon Nipana would be included in the final voters' list for the elections to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Shegaon. It is stated that the names of the elected representatives of the Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society at Bhastan are already included in the final voters' list. It is stated that in view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioners should stand redressed.

2510wp5695.16 2/2 Shri Sharma, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, states that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed in view of the statements made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

By accepting the statements made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that would be binding on the respondent nos.1 to 4, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
