Shri N. R. Patil, Assistant Government Pleader for respondent no. 1. Mrs. S.P.Giratkar, Advocate for respondent nos. 2 and 3. CORAM :- A.S.CHANDURKAR AND SMT. M.S.JAWALKAR, JJ.
DATE :- APRIL 06, 2022.
The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 31.05.2019. By that order, the petitioner who is serving as 'Health Worker-Class-III' came to be transferred from Kosbi/Waddha, Taluka Armori to Mannerajaram, Taluka Bhamaragadh.
It is seen from the record that on 16.10.2019 the petitioner was relieved to enable her to join services at the place of transfer. There is no interim order passed in the writ petition as a result of which the petitioner is presently discharging duties at the transferred place.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being a single lady, she is finding it difficult to discharge her duties at the place of transfer and she desires to make a representation to seek transfer at another suitable place.
Considering the fact that the services of the petitioner were transferred by an order dated 31.05.2019 and the period of almost three years has now elapsed, it would be open for the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent no.2the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli for seeking transfer at an
