By the present writ petition, the petitioner has questioned the order dated 08/07/2019 delivered in Original Application No.163/2019 by the Maharashtra Administrate Tribunal.

The subject matter of the said Original Application is the transfer order issued in favour of the petitioner, the then Assistant Commissioner, Animal Husbandry. Vide transfer order dated 27/02/2019, the petitioner was transferred from Nagpur to Tiroda, District Gondia. The Tribunal has since not granted interim relief, the petitioner has approached this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader brought to our notice that O.A. No.163/2019 itself was dismissed on 08/07/2019. 4.
In the aforesaid backdrop, when the O.A. is already dismissed, the present petition has rendered infructuous and as such same stands disposed of. No costs.
