Shri Kukday, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that within a period of two weeks from today, the entire decretal amount shall be deposited in this Court. The statement is accepted.

The interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate pending the decision of appeal. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, the stay application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court and the Executing Court shall be at liberty to proceed further to execute the decree.
