Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Ms Sapkal, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the order dated 21.02.2024, the respondent no.3-SubDivisional Officer, Darwha has issued a communication stating therein that the reference preferred by the petitioner has been forwarded to the Additional Collector on 23.02.2024 and the same in turn forwarded to the Tribunal on 26.02.2024 for proper consideration and its decision.

In view of aforesaid statement, Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the petition stands redressed.

Mr. Malnas, learned counsel for the other respondents submits that respondents shall appear before the Authority/Tribunal on 18.03.2024.

In view of aforesaid statements, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
