By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2013 directing the respondents to grant the benefits of regularization of the services of the employee from 1973 to 1980 to the petitioner, his legal representative.

The respondent no.4 has filed an affidavit-in-reply. It is stated in paragraph 6 of the affidavit-in-reply dated 19.08.2015 that after sanctioning the revised pensionary benefits of the late employee, the District Health Officer of the Zilla Parishad has deposited the difference of gratuity amount and the difference of salary to the extent of Rs.50,545/- in the account of the petitioner. Since the order of which the contempt is alleged has been complied with, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
