Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. At the outset, he fairly states that the petitioner has alternate remedy to approach the Tribunal. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Tribunal and to raise the grounds raised in this petition in the proceedings already filed before the Tribunal. 2.

Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
