The learned AGP Mrs. Jaipurkar at the outset objected to the tenability of the present writ petition on the ground of alternate remedy by way of second revision available to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing that the points raised in the present petition can be raised before the revisional court.

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum as permissible under the law.
