The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was senior to the respondent Nos.4 to 6 on the post of Deputy Security Enforcement Officer, while effecting the promotion on the post of Security and Enforcement Officer, he has been shown junior to the respondent Nos.4 to 6. This has been done without considering the seniority list. The petitioner has made a representation dated 13-3-2019 and has prayed that his claim for promotion be considered by assigning him a deemed date.

Since the petitioner'

s representation dated 13-3-2019 is stated to be pending with the respondent No.1, the interest of justice would be served by directing the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13-3-2019 (Page 69 of the writ petition) and take a decision thereon. The petitioner shall forward the copy of the writ petition to the respondent Nos.1 to 3. The respondent No.1 shall consider the said representation within a period of six weeks of receiving the copy of this order alongwith the copy of the writ petition. The decision taken on the representation be communicated to the petitioner. If the grievance of the petitioner survives even thereafter, he is free to take such steps as are permissible in law.
