This is an application filed on behalf of respondent no.1 (original claimant) seeking permission to withdraw the amount towards compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

It is pointed out that by order dated 24.04.2018 the appeal was partly allowed and the quantum of compensation granted by the Reference Court at the rate of Rs.3,75,000/- per hectare was reduced by this Court to Rs.2,00,000/- per hectare. It is submitted that the respondent no.1 may be permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation as determined by this Court while disposing of the appeal.

In view of the above, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw amount of compensation from this Court at the rate of Rs.2,00,000/- per hectare with

CAF3909-19.odt statutory benefits and accrued interest. The balance amount be disbursed to the appellant along with accrued interest. Application is disposed of.
