: 23 NOVEMBER, 2015 Heard learned Counsel for the rival parties, perused the case diary and also the statements of witnesses. Looking to the first information report and the allegations made that at a time three persons abused in the name of caste and absence of any statement of Smt. Laxmi Ingle in relation to the commission of offence punishable under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, I think the applicant deserves to be granted anticipatory bail since there is no need to arrest the applicant. Hence, the following order.:
