DATED : SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 Shri Bambal, learned Counsel for petitioner, submits that service of notice could not be effected on respondent as her address is stated to be incorrect. It is submitted that address mentioned in the title clause of petition is the same, which is mentioned in the original proceedings initiated by respondent for grant of maintenance before learned trial Court.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Petitioner to serve respondent though her Counsel, namely, Adv. A.P. Pantawne, who is appearing on her behalf before learned trial Court or in the alternative, by paper publication by giving public notice in local newspapers.
