Shri R.R. Srivasatava, the learned Advocate, waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent. The appellant shall file private paper-book within six months from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Civil Application (CAF) No.79 of 2015.

Considering the nature of dispute and the fact that by the impugned decree the applicant is directed to pay the money found to be due to the respondent, in my view, the applicant has not made out any case of suffering irreparable loss if the interim stay is not granted.

The civil application is dismissed.
