The only direction sought by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of his application dated 27/03/2023 which has been moved before the respondent No.3-Collector, Washim with a prayer to transfer the CL-III license in the name of the petitioner with an alternate prayer to cancel CL-III license standing in the name of respondent No.1.

Since the application has been moved on 27/03/2023, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the said application in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the respondent No.1. The said application be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.
