The counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the application is hereby condoned. Since right to sue survives in favour of the legal representatives of appellant No.2, permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of appellant No.2 on record. Accordingly, the abatement order is set aside.
