DATE : 05.01.2017 By this civil application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw Rs.2,00,000/- with interest. We are not inclined to grant the prayer for withdrawal of Rs.2,00,000/-. By our order, dated 25.7.2013, we had permitted the applicant to withdraw only the interest on the amount deposited by the non-applicant.

Hence, we allow the civil application partly. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the interest on the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-.

The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
