Civil Application (CAW) No.369 of 2023 :

Perused the application. Considering the statements made therein, the order dated 8-9-2022, and especially Clauses III, V, VIII and IX on Page 4 of the said order shall be corrected by replacing the words ' Joint Director, Higher Education' with the words '
Joint Director, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Maharashtra State, Pune'. Similarly, in Clause III, the word ' right'
shall be replaced by the word '
might'
. We also note that the order dated 5-9-2022 passed in Writ Petition No.1315 of 2022 has accordingly been corrected on 3-10-2022.

The order dated 8-9-2022 be corrected accordingly and its copy be uploaded.

The civil application is disposed of.
Civil Application (CAW) No.368 of 2023 :
1.
By this application, the applicant (original respondent No.2) - the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur seeks extension of time in complying with the directions issued vide order dated 8-9-2022. 2.
Considering the fact that the order dated 8-9-2022 has been corrected today by replacing the concerned Authority, the time to comply with the

The civil application is disposed of.
