By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought an action against the respondent nos.1 and 2, the office bearers of the education society, for willful disobedience of the order dated 29.07.2016.

According to the petitioner, though the respondents were directed to send the pay-bills of the petitioner to the education officer regularly, the respondent nos.1 and 2 had not submitted the same.

Shri Sudame, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, states that initially the pay-bill for July-2015 was submitted but, during the pendency of the contempt petition, the pay-bills for all the months during which the petitioner has worked with the respondent nos.1 and 2, have been submitted to the pay unit of the zilla parishad.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.3 does not dispute the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 that the pay-bills of the petitioner are submitted by the respondent nos.1 and 2 to the pay unit of the zilla parishad.

CP333-16 Since the pay-bills are submitted by the respondent nos.1 and 2 to the respondent no.3 for payment of the arrears of the salary to the petitioner, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
