There is a delay of 151 days caused in filing the civil revision application. It is stated that the applicant was indisposed in the month of November, 2024 and was required to undergo treatment for a long duration. It is also stated that his uncle was required to undergo heart surgery at Aurangabad and in such circumstances, there is an unintentional delay of 151 days caused in filing the civil revision application.

The non-applicants have filed reply denying the contents of the application. However, there is no reason to disbelieve the statements made by the applicant.

In view of the aforesaid, delay of 151 caused in filing the civil revision application is condoned. The civil revision application be registered accordingly. The application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE *sandesh
