The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2-Education Officer in deciding his proposal dated 13.07.2022, forwarded by the respondent No.3 -Urdu Education Association seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner teacher from unaided post to aided post.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the decision on the proposal will be taken within a period of two weeks.

The statement is accepted. In the light of the said statement, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2-Education Officer to take decision on the said proposal of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
