Heard learned Counsel for the applicants, who submitted that as his name was not reflected in the cause list, he was absent. Considering the reason which appears to be just and reasonable one. Accordingly, we proceed to pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(2) 901.appp.1705.2025 (ii) The original Criminal Application (APL) 172/2025 is restored at its original stage.
