Mrs.T.D.Khade, learned Counsel for respondent no.1 states that the order has been issued appointing the petitioner in the category of OBC Sports. Copy of the order dt.20.12.2016 is also placed on record. Same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of the petition is served.

We appreciate the gesture on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 in acting promptly after the Court had issued direction that, in the event, respondent nos. 1 and 2 do not sort out the issue amongst themselves, they shall personally remain present in this Court and show cause as to why action

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has been issued appointment order, though belatedly, we do not propose to go further with the matter. The proceedings against respondent nos. 1 and 2 are dropped.

The petition is disposed of as it's purpose is served.

No order as to costs.
