The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2017 the petitioner has received the pensionary benefits by reckoning his age of retirement as sixty two years. This fact is also stated by the respondent no.2 in the affidavit dated 08.02.2018.
