Perused the letter dated 18/08/2021 of the 9th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur whereby request has been made for extension of six months time to decide L.A.R. No. 8/1992 (Punjabrao (died) thr. his LRs Suresh Raut & Ors. Vs. State & Anr.).

2] Considering the reasons mentioned in the Letter, time to decide the aforesaid case is extended by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order to the concerned Court.
