This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 15 % of amount out of the balance 25 % of the amount with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the entire
