Mr Mirza, learned counsel for respondent No.5 states that an affidavit has been filed on 04.12.2023, by which, it has been stated that consequent to the work having been allotted on 12.09.2023, the work has been commenced and till date, nearly 40 to 45% work is completed. This position, according to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, has been verified and found to be correct.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the challenge raised in the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
