2] The applicant is apprehending his arrested in connection with Crime No.255/2017, registered with P.S.Chandur Railway,District-Amravati, for the offence punishable under Sections 419,420,468,471 and 379 r/w Section 34 of the Indian penal Code.

3] It is not in dispute that the applicant is owner of Tamba Ghat-2.

4] The F.I.R. pertains to excavation of the sand from Tamba Ghat is altogether different. Secondly, the applicant in view of the order passed by this Court on 15/9/2017 has already attended the P.S.Chandur Railway,District-Amravati. The learned A.P.P. submits that the applicant has already extended cooperation to the investigating officer and his above statement is

In view of the matter, looking to the nature of the offence and accusations made against the applicant this Court confirms the order dated 15/9/2017 with direction to attend police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet.
