This is an application for condonation of 180 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 16.01.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court (POCSO), Chandrapur in Special (POCSO) Case No.75/2018, whereby the accused has been convicted and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 20 years. The reasons for delay have been stated in the application.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 180 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
