The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Revenue Authorities in mutation proceedings. It is the contention of the petitioner that the Authorities have not considered the documents filed in the Regular Civil Suit No.3/2014 and the effect of the pendency of the civil suit. The issues raised by the petitioner require consideration.

During the pendency of the writ petition the effect, operation and execution of the impugned order is stayed. Shri K.R. Lule, A.G.P. waives notice for respondents 1 to 3.

C.A.W. NO.3123/2014.

The filing of true translation of the documents mentioned in the application is dispensed with on condition that the same shall be filed by the petitioner as and when required by the Court. The application is allowed accordingly. JUDGE Tambaskar.
