CORAM
: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE AND S.M. MODAK, JJ.
DATE : 5 th FEBRUARY, 2020 01] We had heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides on 04/02/2020 and had posted the matter today.
02] The learned A.G.P. places on record a copy of the order dated 23/01/2020 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
wp.6098.17 2/2 03] The learned A.G.P. submits that the above stated order has already been communicated to the Management-respondent No.3 and the Zilla Parishad has the outward number as well as a signature of the person representing the Management.
04] The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the said order was not supplied by the Management to the petitioners.
05] Considering the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 23/01/2020 marked as "X" and they intend to prefer appropriate proceedings by raising all grounds as desired for assailing the said order.
06] In view of the above and since the order Annexure "X" is an independent cause of action, these three petitions are disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to resort to a remedy as may be permissible in law for seeking redressal of their grievance as against the order dated 23/01/2020. 07] Since these petitioners were protected by an order passed by this Court on 18/09/2017, which is in operation even today, the said relief is extended till 29/02/2020.
