DATED : AUGUST 05, 2019 This is an application for condonation of delay of 455 days in preferring revision application. Notice was issued in this application and the nonapplicants were served. Although, the prayer made in the application is opposed, a perusal of the application shows that one of the reasons for delay is that the applicant had initially filed an appeal before this Court, challenging the impugned Judgment and order. On 31/08/2017, this Court had granted liberty to the applicant to file revision instead of appeal as filed.
