The applicant has filed an application for grant of permission to withdraw the application for condonation of delay.

It appears that the matter is settled between the applicant and the non-applicant, and the applicant has received the entire settlement amount. 3.

Therefore, considering the fact that the matter is settled between the parties, and it pertains to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, I deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to withdraw the application.
