The learned Registrar (Judicial) as per the order dated 10-07-2018, was pleased to direct to remove the office objection within a period 14 days. It was not removed by the applicant. According to him, the First Appeal was refused to be registered. Now, the applicant is ready to remove the office objection. There is a delay in preferring an appeal. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
(a) Delay of 28 days caused in filing restoration application is condoned.
(b) Restoration application is allowed and First Appeal Stamp No.4383/2018 be restored.
(c) The applicant to remove office objection within a period of two weeks.
(d) Application is disposed of.
