The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on filing usual undertaking. The remaining 50% amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn subject to filing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is disposed of.
