After hearing in detail Shri Abhay V.

Bhide, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant no.1/State and Shri Vipul B. Bhise, learned counsel for the non-applicant no.2 and after having perused the reply of the State as well as nonapplicant no.2 when the Court was about to dismiss the the application for quashing of the First Information Report, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the Criminal application.

The Criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the counsel for the applicant is withdrawing this application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why this application needs dismissal.

Consequently, the order dated 05.09.2018 granting interim relief in favour of the applicant stands vacated. The Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file report in the Court of learned Jurisdictional Magistrate.
