According to the petitioner, prayer is made to direct the respondents to act on the communication dated 10.10.2024, 10.03.2025 and 03.07.2025 issued by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad Washim, so also, the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati.

Be that as it may, since the respondents can take appropriate call on the aforesaid representations, we hereby direct the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to decide the said issue in the light of aforesaid communications, within ten weeks from today.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 5.
