The interim order dated 18/02/2019 is modified. 3.

The applicant-husband is directed to deposit the entire arrears of the maintenance due and payable to the non-applicant-wife by virtue of the order dated 16/01/2017.

If arrears are not deposited within two weeks, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
