This application filed by respondent no.2 can be considered even in the absence of original applicant in view of the statement made by Shri Thakare, learned Counsel for respondent no.2, that he is having demand draft of Rs.15,000/- towards contribution of costs imposed upon respondent no.2 vide order dated 20/8/2019 by this Court. Perusal of the said order reveals that original applicant and respondent no.2/complainant were imposed with costs of Rs.15,000/- each. However, since

0502appp1571.19 2/2 respondent no.2 was unable to comply with the said order, original applicant on the earlier date agreed for making entire payment and had accordingly given demand draft for Rs.15,000/-. In that view of the matter, application is disposed of as allowed by permitting original applicant to deposit share of Rs.15,000/- of respondent no.2 with the Registry of this Court according to order dated 20/8/2019. The said demand draft be deposited with the Registry forthwith.

Copy of this order, duly authenticated by Court Sheristedar, be supplied to learned Counsel for respondent no.2.
