The amount of interim maintenance order passed by the Family Court was paid by the respondent-husband. Present petitioner through her learned advocate admits about the receipt of the amount and now she do not want to prosecute this contempt petition any more.

Yet any order has not passed in this Contempt Petition. Hence, Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. JUDGE sknair
