DATED : 31st JANUARY, 2024 The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has tendered across the bar a copy of an order dated 29/01/2024, by which the petitioner is taken back on the original post of Peon with Grampanchayat Arli, which is in consonance with the order dated 12/01/2018, passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati. In view of this, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Needless to say that the petitioner is entitled to continuity of service on the post of Peon. The petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of order
