Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant upon furnishing usual undertaking and balance 50% amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn upon furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Respondent Nos.1 has to undertake that in the event, if the appeal succeeds, the entire amount shall be redeposited along with interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum.

The civil application stands disposed of.
