Learned counsel for appellant has filed this application for challenging the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal, and seeks to stay the execution proceeding pending before the said Tribunal. The appellant is ready to deposit entire amount within a period of eight weeks.

The ad-interim stay is granted in terms of prayer clause (ii), subject to depositing the entire amount within a period of eights weeks from today, failing which the stay stands vacated automatically without reference to this Court.
