DATED : 05/06/2020 1] After arguing for sometime, learned advocate for the petitioners realized that there are some errors in the cause title of the petition.

2] Shri T.A. Mirza, learned AGP appearing for the respondents submitted that joint petition should not be entertained as the facts of each of the petitioner are different. 3] Faced with the above situation, learned advocate for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh separate petitions on behalf of the petitioners.

4] The request being reasonable, it is granted.
